Experiment #2 Belly Lesson

Here is a live audio recording of my Awareness Through Movement Class.  This lesson is mostly done on the belly.

1.  This lesson is best done on a carpeted floor or an exercise mat.
2.  You will need a standard size pillow to place under your trunk just below your collar bones so that your neck is free and your head is resting comfortably on the floor.
3.  Wear loose fitting clothes.
4.  Enjoy.
